-working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD), and keeping up to date with emerging technologies

-proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

-demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print

-working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists

4/ Project Coordinator 

-Can handle Project Management on behalf of the Duty Manager and additional tasks may be given as required so flexibility is a must.

-Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO/Executive Manager including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

-Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected.
